Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Your email address, name, and account information when you sign in, contact us, or join a beta.
• Content you choose to save, sync, upload, or send, such as camera settings, notes, project files, support messages, and selected images.
• Purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock or restore app features. Apple handles App Store payments; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve our services, such as device type, app and system versions, IP addresses, diagnostic information, and usage information described below.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide app and website features, manage accounts, sync content, restore purchases, answer support requests, send requested or account-related emails, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Digital DoF’s optional usage statistics are off until you choose to share them. They record sessions, screens opened, cameras used, foreground time, device type, and app/system versions. Signed-in statistics are linked to your account and may show your name and email to approved administrators; guest statistics use a random installation ID. These statistics are separate from advertising and are not shared with advertising networks or data brokers.

3. Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate our services, including Google Firebase for app authentication and backend storage, hosting providers for our websites, and Resend for email delivery. They process information needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our services and users.

4. Advertising, cookies, and choices

Apps that display third-party ads may use Google AdMob. Its SDK may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads. Tracking and personalized advertising depend on applicable consent requirements and your choices. You can manage available advertising choices in the app or your device’s privacy settings.

Our websites use cookies or similar storage for features such as sign-in and preferences. Server logs and abuse-prevention records help keep forms and accounts secure.

5. Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect information and limit access to people and providers who need it. We retain information for the services you use, support, security, and applicable legal requirements. Backups may retain copies for a limited period after deletion. Empty deletion flags prevent older devices from recreating deleted account data.

Digital DoF’s unsent usage records stay on the device for up to seven days. Recorded usage summaries remain in our Firebase service until deleted.

6. Your rights and choices

In Digital DoF, use Settings → Delete Account to permanently delete your account and its app data after confirming your password. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing contact@mocorobo.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law.

In Digital DoF, Settings → Usage statistics & privacy lets you turn off collection and delete your recorded usage. Turning collection off also clears unsent records. Other guest installations must be managed from those devices. App Store purchases and any subscriptions are managed separately through Apple.

7. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can address it.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the updated policy here with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required.
