This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Indiefilmgear LLC ("Company") and governs your use of the Indiefilmgear Apps mobile applications ("Apps").
By downloading, installing, or using any of the Indiefilmgear Apps, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
The Apps are licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps on any Apple-branded product that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
The Apps use Firebase services to store and manage user data, including email addresses and data created or uploaded by users (such as notes, images, or other content within the apps).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your data is stored securely and is only used to provide and improve the core features of the Apps.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, create, or upload through the Apps. However, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Apps.
You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your submitted content.

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Company. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or the jurisdiction of Company’s headquarters, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
The Apps may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to Firebase. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
